Mr. Alex Luganda

Alex Luganda is our head Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Holder of Bachelor of Laws Makerere University, Post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice LDC and doing research for Award of Masters of Laws, Oil and Gas , UCU. He has previously worked with M/s. Okallany, Ojakol & Co. Advocates, Luganda, Ojok & Co. Advocates and Newmark Advocates prior to the birth of AHA Advocates. Advocate Luganda has wide experience in electoral petitions and strategic Constitutional litigation and has been involved in a number of precedent setting Election petitions. He is also a leading sports Lawyer in the country having served as Head Legal, FUFA for over 10 years and currently engaged in football Administration as both a practioner and instructor. He is also grounded in International Humanitarian Laws, Disaster Preparedness and Mitigation, Disaster Risk Reduction and the Humanitarian and NGO world and is currently the Head of Legal and a Board Member at the Uganda Red Cross Society. Alex has great bias in cultural institutions legal dynamics and operations and he is currently the Justice and Constitutional Affairs Minister and Deputy Attorney General Busoga Kingdom
