The firm has advised international tourists on acquisition of gorilla tracking permits, as well as visas and other rates in the tourism sector. The team has also helped various clients in setting up tourist companies in Uganda.
Mining
The team has worked tirelessly to provide legal advice to individual clients and entities both in Uganda and internationals on the legal framework of the mining in Uganda. We have also provided legal assistance in negotiating, obtaining, transmission and renewal of mining titles and mining concessions as well as conducting due diligence to these titles and the registration thereof.
